The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, with friendly staff providing exceptional value for the tariff. The in-house breakfast was lovely, although there was a concerning incident with inadequate lighting outside leading to an accident. The location is superb for public transport access and for Macquarie University visitors, but there were some discomforting aspects related to the reservations manager and breakfast arrangements.

I found the hotel to be a great value for the tariff, offering clean and comfortable rooms with exceptional peace and quiet despite a nearby bar. The balcony was a nice addition that enhanced our stay. The service was welcoming and accommodating, with a free city shuttle available. The location was superb, providing easy access to public transport and major shops. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection of food. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities.

The hotel offers quite big and clean rooms which are excellent in size for 3 people. Despite being a bit dated with furnishings, everything worked well. Unfortunately, the lack of lighting on the stairs outside the reception resulted in an accident where my elderly husband aged 83 fell and got injured. The rooms are older but clean, providing a very quiet and peaceful stay despite a nearby bar.

However, the dining options were very basic, and the facilities were just the bare minimum.
